Where It All Began
Our journey started in 1998, when Adrian Clements, a marine engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit, began assembling teams of tradespeople to support naval ship maintenance. His focus on skilled labour, problem‑solving, and doing the right thing became the foundations of Clemtech’s culture, foundations that remain strong 28 years later.
As the business expanded into rolling stock, Clemtech quickly became known as the go‑to provider for labour and technical expertise in a sector where safety, precision, and reliability are everything.
Growth Through Agility
With Andrew Clements taking the helm, Clemtech evolved with the times, diversifying into new industries while staying true to our heritage in rail and rolling stock. Even in moments of challenge, such as the global pandemic, Clemtech moved with agility, shifting capabilities into marine, defence, renewables, and other high‑demand engineering sectors.
