Enterprise Resource Planning Consultant
About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning Consultant to their team on a freelance basis, delivering ERP implementations for a range of manufacturing clients.
This is a flexible, project-based role designed to complement your existing work, giving you the freedom to manage your own schedule while delivering impactful ERP projects.
You’ll work across multiple manufacturing implementations, helping clients optimise their processes and successfully adopt new ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full ERP implementation projects — from requirements gathering and configuration to go-live and post-implementation support.

Analyse manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Configure and customise MRP/ERP software to meet specific client requirements.

Manage data migration, testing, and user acceptance phases.

Deliver training and provide ongoing support to manufacturing clients.

Collaborate with stakeholders across production, operations, and finance functions.
Skills & Experience

Proven ERP implementation experience with systems such as NetSuite, Odoo, SAP Business One, Oracle, or MRPeasy.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including MRP, production planning, and inventory management.

Experience delivering ERP projects for manufacturing SMEs or similar organisations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities effectively.
